FTUK
Read plan by plan on 4 August across two hosts, and the first finding retracts this row's own previous verdict: FTUK names three companies and their addresses in the footer of every page — "FTUK is a trading brand operated by FTUK LLC." — so the old charge that no legal entity is named anywhere is withdrawn. What replaces it is narrower and worse. The floor does not tighten between evaluation and funded on any of the five forex products, and the help centre says so in words: "The maximum drawdown for the One Step program including the evaluation phase is 8%." What no comparison table on the site marks is that FTUK changes what the floor MEASURES between its own products, in contiguous sentences of one article: Instant Funding and One Step get "This is a RELATIVE DRAWDOWN based on your BALANCE." and the Two Step gets "If you are trading the 10K account, your account equity must not fall below $9200." — an open position sitting in loss counts against the second and not the first. And none of it is in the contract: "drawdown", "draw down", "daily loss", "loss limit" and "equity" appear zero times in its 60,000 characters, while Section 7 folds the website into the agreement and reserves the right to rewrite it — "These guidelines, which may change from time to time in FTUK's sole discretion, are incorporated in whole into this Agreement."
The product to read before any other is the Lightning Challenge, and it is the only one of the five that earns "avoid". Its own table sells a stop loss as absent during the evaluation and "Mandatory within 60 seconds" once funded, on a site whose home page and About page both list "No Stoplosses" among four headline freedoms. Its split is the only one in the catalogue that does not start at 80: the row reads "1st 50% | 2nd 60% | 3rd 70%", and both the home page and the product page advertise only the 70. It is the only FTUK product that keeps a minimum of trading days AFTER funding, and the only one with a Consistency Score — 30% in evaluation, 15% funded — that no page anywhere defines. It calls its floor "Trailing Draw Down" and never says what it follows or where it stops, and unlike the other four it has no second surface: the word appears in exactly one of the fourteen saved pages, its own, and it is absent from the shop selector that lists the other six programs. Elsewhere the register found seven contradictions between FTUK's own pages, four of which cost money or time: an August banner promising a 3% Flex target over a page body selling 4%; "up to 80% of the rewards once funded in a Forex account" against a simulator on another page titled "Keep up to 90% of the profits with either of our FTUK accounts."; "Request your payouts anytime with our instant payout system" printed two hundred lines below the One Step and Two Step tables, which both say Bi-Weekly; and one sentence repeated word for word with a different ceiling in it — "Start trading with flexible funding models ranging from $5,000 up to $100,000" on the home page against "ranging from $5,000 up to $6.4M" on the futures page, with About Us giving a third figure. On accountability the footer is candid where it matters and silent where it counts: "Neither FTUK LLC, FTUK Markets Ltd, NexData-Solutions B.V., nor any affiliated entity acts as a broker, investment adviser, financial intermediary or deposit-taking institution.", three street addresses in three countries, and no registration number for any of them. The contract answers the same question differently — the program is "operated by Nexdata-Solutions", a Dutch company — and then answers the governing law twice, "governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands" in the Forex half and "FTUK is operated and governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Texas" in the Futures half, under one heading with no rule about which prevails.
Not enough published data to simulate this firm’s floor.
Judged, clean of all seven hard bars, and the scorecard still came in under the bar. Nothing here is an accusation — it is a firm we would not open an account with, and the card says on which axes it fell short.
What they published
“FTUK is a trading brand operated by FTUK LLC.”“If you are trading the 10K account, your account equity must not fall below $9200.”“Mandatory within 60 seconds”“FTUK Inc. (“FTUK”) is an Online Funding and Growth Trading Program (the “Program”). FTUK is operated and governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Texas.”Scorecard
8Trails on live equity, then freezes at your starting balance
No entity named, or the licence belongs to someone else
A per-request cap well below the account size
The risk rule changes after you have paid
Short history, or a sharply polarised review profile
Each axis is scored 0–5 against a published scale. The line under each bar is the rung this firm landed on — not our summary of it, the scale entry itself.
Plan by plan
5 of this firm’s challenges were read plan by plan, with a citation behind every answer. See them side by side →
The cheapest way in and the least documented floor. 4% to make, no deadline ("Trade at your own pace without deadlines or pressure to complete the challenge."), and a table that calls the floor "Trailing DrawDown" at 6% in both the evaluation and the funded column — so it does not tighten, and the page never says what the trail follows or whether it ever stops. FTUK publishes a Flex explainer in its help centre; it was not archived, so that gap is ours. What is theirs is the price: $9 buys any of the five sizes and the fee owed on passing is not published anywhere for any size.
The mildest floor FTUK sells and the firm explains it properly: 6% "at every stage", relative to the BALANCE rather than to equity, so an open position in loss does not count until it is closed — and the trail stops dead once it reaches the account's opening balance ("Once your drawdown reaches 10K, it is then locked in place."). Graded trail-freeze for want of a closer name; the grade is harsher than the mechanism, which follows realised balance rather than live equity. The price is the hole: no page we saved states one for this product.
The steepest exam here and the widest room to sit it in: 10% to make against 8% to lose, and the 8% is the same before and after funding in one sentence of the firm's own — "The maximum drawdown for the One Step program including the evaluation phase is 8%." Same mechanism as Instant Funding, one number wider: it follows the balance up and locks at the opening balance. Four trading days minimum in the exam and none once funded.
The only FTUK floor that does not move at all, said in four words — "This is a STATIC DRAWDOWN at all levels." — and backed by its own table, which is the only one on the site whose row is called Static Drawdown instead of Trailing. 8% in the challenge, 8% in the verification, 8% in levels 1 to 7, each in its own sentence. The catch is what it measures: this is the one product checked on EQUITY, so an open loser counts before it is closed. Targets 8% then 6%, three trading days in each phase.
The odd one out, four times over, and every time against the buyer. Its split starts at 50 and not 80 — "1st 50% | 2nd 60% | 3rd 70%" — while the home page prints only "Up to 70%". It requires a stop loss once funded, "Mandatory within 60 seconds", on a site selling "No Stoplosses". It keeps a three-day minimum AFTER funding, the only FTUK product that does. And it calls its floor "Trailing Draw Down" at 5% without ever saying what it follows or where it stops — which for this product is the firm's silence rather than our gap, because it has no second surface: it appears in one of fourteen saved pages, its own, and is absent from the configurator that lists the other six programs. A 5% target against a 5% floor is the tightest ratio in the catalogue, not the fairest.

What this firm published
Everything below is quoted from a page we opened, on the date shown. The quotes are in the firm’s own language, exactly as published — never edited, never shortened, never swapped for a translation. On the Spanish edition our own rendering appears underneath each one, unquoted and marked as ours: the quotation marks on this site mean the words are the firm’s, and nothing we wrote ever wears them. Where we have not read enough to put a number on an axis, we say so instead of guessing.
4/5
Can you even pass?
Almost nobody who pays for an evaluation ever reaches a funded account, so this is the part of the product most customers actually buy. Every firm advertises its profit target; none of them advertises that target next to how much you are allowed to lose while chasing it.
4/5
Can you keep the money?
The drawdown takes the account away; the payout rules take the money. Answered by whichever of the two we can measure and is worse — they are two ways of losing the same thing, so a good half cannot pay for a bad one.
2/5
Is anyone behind it?
A named company, a market, and rules you could read before paying. These three do not substitute for one another — a company you can sue does not stop existing because the account is a simulation — so this is the average of the ones we could measure, not the worst.

“Hold positions overnight and during weekends without restrictions.”No score here, on purpose. The six axes above ask whether the firm can take your money or refuse to pay it. These rules ask something else — whether you can trade your way — and the right weight depends on who is reading: a minimum holding time decides the account for a scalper and is invisible to anyone else, while the weekend rule is the reverse. A single number would be wrong for half of you, and would look decided. The firm’s own sentences are here; the judgement is yours.

What makes the account get bigger, how big it can get, and whether the path ends at a real market or at a larger simulation.
Where the path endsat a larger simulation—
“All accounts operate exclusively within a simulated trading environment. No live market execution takes place.”One of these questions is scored and it is not here. “Does the cap rise with the account” sits on the cash axis, next to the cap itself, because it has a right answer: a bigger account that pays the same cheque has handed you a larger number and the same money. The three below are different. A two-million ceiling is the whole point of the product for one reader and irrelevant to someone who wants one clean payout, so the firm’s sentences are here and the weight is yours.

How it grows

Almost no firm here has a financial regulator, because selling simulated evaluations is not a regulated activity anywhere. Of the 114 firms we scored by hand, 96 sat in the bottom two rungs of backing for this reason. So we do not count it against anyone — it only adds when a firm genuinely has one.
The market
Do your orders reach a market, or is all of it a simulation?

“All accounts operate exclusively within a simulated trading environment. No live market execution takes place.”The question that separates a firm that earns when you lose from one that earns when you last.
Conditions to reach a real marketNo such thing in this plan.—
“All accounts operate exclusively within a simulated trading environment. No live market execution takes place.”Promising a route to a real market without publishing the conditions is promising nothing.
Almost none names a broker or a clearing house either, and that follows from the account being a simulation rather than being a second, separate failing. Charging for both would count one fact twice.
We read the rules of every plan it sells and issued a verdict on each one.
