Everything below traces to a sentence this firm published, saved on the date shown.

Two of its six plans change the drawdown model at the stage boundary: both Spark cards carry the rows "Drawdown Type Eval EOD Drawdown Type Funded Real-Time", so the floor is measured once a day while you are being examined and continuously once the account can pay you. Phoenix ranks those two methods itself, on the page it sells from — "the EOD calculation method is by far the most advantageous for you". Classic does not shift and Merit is static at both stages, so the code is earned by Spark alone.

Six products, three families, and a rule book that lives outside the contract: the word drawdown appears nowhere in the Terms of Use, and the shop page carrying the operative rules says they change and that you will be told on Discord. That same page contradicts its own cards four times — every card promises a $75 minimum payout and five qualifying days while its FAQ answers "The minimum amount for a payout is $500" and ten, "in all cases"; every card says "Buffer / Safety Net None" while the FAQ requires $100 of profit left behind after each withdrawal; every card row says news trading is allowed while the FAQ disqualifies the account for it, funded or not. The Merit page contradicts itself on one screen: "there are no total drawdowns , no daily drawdowns" sits above a card setting a $2,000 static total drawdown on a $2.000 account. An earlier charge that a payout moves the floor is retracted — no sentence on any of the six saved pages says so.

Not enough published data to simulate this firm’s floor.

DISQUALIFIED

Crossed one of the seven hard bars. Open the row and it names which one, with the mechanism spelled out. This is not a low grade — no quantity of virtue elsewhere buys it off, which is why it carries no rank at all.

Each axis is scored 0–5 against a published scale. The line under each bar is the rung this firm landed on — not our summary of it, the scale entry itself.

The score is published anyway, because it is the honest picture: a firm can be strong on four axes and still be disqualified on one mechanism. A disqualifier is not a low grade — it is a rule we will not trade under at any price.

Plan by plan

6 of this firm’s challenges were read plan by plan, with a citation behind every answer. See them side by side →

Classic Starter$25.000Only with eyes open

6% target against 6% of room, EOD trailing in the exam. The funded stage has no drawdown-type row at all — where both Spark cards state theirs, all three Classic cards jump from the trailing figure to the daily one — so what the floor does after funding is their silence, softened by a FAQ answer that the trailing stops at initial balance + $100.

Not documentedConsequence unstatedFirst cash 10dThe card says five qualifying days and a $75 minimum; the FAQ says ten days and $500, "in all cases". The $2,000 per-payout ceiling is published once, for every size.
Classic Growth$50.000Only with eyes open

Same rule book as the Starter at twice the balance, and the ratio worsens: the target stays at 6% of the account and the room falls to 4%. The $100 lock costs the same on both, so the floor chases this trader for proportionally longer.

Not documentedConsequence unstatedFirst cash 10dThe only card on the site sold with a coupon — "-15% CODE GROWTH" — and the same payout rules as every other Classic size.
Classic Scale$100.000Only with eyes open

The largest account and the worst ratio: 6% to make against 3% to lose. It is also the only plan whose payout ceiling can be quoted with its size, because the firm's own worked example uses a $100,000 account — $2,000 a request, two per cent of the balance, against a target asking for six.

Not documentedConsequence unstatedFirst cash 10dA lifetime ceiling is published as two figures joined by "OR" — three times the account's total drawdown, or $6,000 — and the clause never says which binds. On this account the two are three thousand dollars apart.
Spark Growth$50.000Avoid

The plan that earns the disqualifier: end-of-day while you are examined, real-time once funded, both stated in adjacent rows of its own card. Nothing on any saved page says whether that real-time floor ever stops rising — the only sentence about a trailing drawdown stopping opens by scoping itself to Classic accounts.

Not documentedConsequence unstatedFirst cash 10dThe page sells the whole route as "Challenge To Payout : 6 days"; the FAQ answers ten trading days on the funded account, "in all cases". The consistency rule appears only after funding, at 30%, and what breaking it costs is nowhere.
Spark Starter$25.000Avoid

The cheapest account on the site and the same regime change as its larger twin. Read its floor against the Classic Starter, sold at the same balance: $1,000 of room here against $1,500 there, for the same $1,500 target.

Not documentedConsequence unstatedFirst cash 10d$39 a month plus a $29 activation fee, so the first month is $68. The payout rules are the firm's, not the plan's: ten days, $500 minimum, $2,000 a request.
Merit $2.000$2.000Only with eyes open

Static at both stages, no profit target, thirty calendar days, straight to a live account at EdgeClear — and no pass mark. A risk team and, in the firm's words, an AI decide at the end who deserves funding, and the page says money made is not the criterion: "We can deny funding to someone who has generated $30,000 and give it to someone who has generated $500." The same page sells the account as drawdown-free above a card setting a $2,000 static total drawdown — the whole balance — plus a 25% daily one whose base is never defined.

Not documentedNo consistency ruleNo minimum days, no minimum profit, no maximum withdrawal and no withdrawal period — all denied in writing, and all conditional on being selected. The split is the only one published anywhere on this site: 50:50 "until we get our money back", then 80:20, with no figure for what their money is.

What this firm published

Everything below is quoted from a page we opened, on the date shown. The quotes are in the firm’s own language, exactly as published — never edited, never shortened, never swapped for a translation. On the Spanish edition our own rendering appears underneath each one, unquoted and marked as ours: the quotation marks on this site mean the words are the firm’s, and nothing we wrote ever wears them. Where we have not read enough to put a number on an axis, we say so instead of guessing.

2/5

Can you even pass?

weakest measured: How hard the test is

Almost nobody who pays for an evaluation ever reaches a funded account, so this is the part of the product most customers actually buy. Every firm advertises its profit target; none of them advertises that target next to how much you are allowed to lose while chasing it.

2/5

Can you keep the money?

weakest measured: Maximum loss

The drawdown takes the account away; the payout rules take the money. Answered by whichever of the two we can measure and is worse — they are two ways of losing the same thing, so a good half cannot pay for a bad one.

3/5

Is anyone behind it?

average of the axes measured: 3

A named company, a market, and rules you could read before paying. These three do not substitute for one another — a company you can sue does not stop existing because the account is a simulation — so this is the average of the ones we could measure, not the worst.

- The maximum payout amount is set at $2,000/payout , subject to a limit of 3 times the account's total drawdown OR $6,000 . Once this amount has been exceeded, a manual review of your account will be carried out and you will be transferred to a real account on Broker . - To request a payout, your account must have at least $100 in profit remaining AFTER the payout. For example, if you want to withdraw $2,000 from a $100,000 account, you must have a balance of $102,100. This measure is designed to provide you with a "safety net" after your payout

The floor is not the only thing a withdrawal moves, and the rest of it is never on the same page. Position size, the consistency rule and the share you are paid all reset or shift at some firms, and a trader who checked only the drawdown finds out afterwards.

No score here, on purpose. The six axes above ask whether the firm can take your money or refuse to pay it. These rules ask something else — whether you can trade your way — and the right weight depends on who is reading: a minimum holding time decides the account for a scalper and is invisible to anyone else, while the weekend rule is the reverse. A single number would be wrong for half of you, and would look decided. The firm’s own sentences are here; the judgement is yours.

One of these questions is scored and it is not here. “Does the cap rise with the account” sits on the cash axis, next to the cap itself, because it has a right answer: a bigger account that pays the same cheque has handed you a larger number and the same money. The three below are different. A two-million ceiling is the whole point of the product for one reader and irrelevant to someone who wants one clean payout, so the firm’s sentences are here and the weight is yours.

At no time in Merit accounts do you trade in a simulation environment. As soon as you are accepted, you are redirected to a Live Funding environment, allowing you to break all payout barriers.

Normal for this whole industry

Almost no firm here has a financial regulator, because selling simulated evaluations is not a regulated activity anywhere. Of the 114 firms we scored by hand, 96 sat in the bottom two rungs of backing for this reason. So we do not count it against anyone — it only adds when a firm genuinely has one.
