Everything below traces to a sentence this firm published, saved on the date shown.

Every figure a trader trades under is on the shop window, and the contract that governs the money contains none of them: the words drawdown, daily loss, loss limit, trailing and equity appear nowhere in it, and its clause 5 sends the reader back to a webpage the firm edits at will. All sixteen product cards publish one drawdown mode and never define it, so nothing we saved says whether an open position can breach the floor or where a trailing floor stops rising.

Four products from one configurator, four sizes each, and the contract carries the consequences while the homepage carries the rules. The consistency rule that decides whether you are paid is published with three different values on the same domain on the same day: 40% on the Elite Access funded card, "Consistency on Funded NONE!" on the Elite Daily card, and 25% for Elite Funded accounts in the affiliate FAQ, which no table anywhere matches. The affiliate page also caps a trader at three accounts while the help centre gives Elite Access ten and totals thirty-five. Clause 9 of the contract makes it a terminable offence to speak badly of the firm — "Disparaging, false, or misleading statements about Top One Futures are strictly prohibited, including on review platforms, social media, or forums" — with forfeiture of profits attached, on a site sold on four thousand reviews; and no clause anywhere names a governing law, a court or an arbitration seat.

Not enough published data to simulate this firm’s floor.

READ · GRADED

We read this firm plan by plan, and its numbers are published — they live in the derived evidence on its card, not in the five-axis sieve the tiers are ranked on. The grade here is the evidence itself: three answers and a payment-promise score, each computed from the firm’s own documents with a citation behind every input. What it does not have is the hand-written scorecard a tier requires.

Elite Daily25K-150KOnly with eyes open

The only product whose floor row is not called trailing — it is called Max Loss Limit — and the only one where the firm never says whether the line moves at all. 6% target against 4% of room at 25K, falling to 2.33% at 150K while the target stays flat. Billed monthly, with no published time limit on the evaluation and no published minimum for a first payout.

Not documentedNo consistency ruleThe card promises daily payouts and never says what qualifies you for the first one: the minimum-days field exists on the same page, four times, on the other Elite product.
Elite Access25K-150KOnly with eyes open

Sold on 39 dollars and on having no consistency rule in the evaluation. Both are true and both are half the price: passing triggers an activation fee of 139 to 359 by size, and the consistency rule does not disappear, it moves to the funded account at 40% — the strictest of the four products, and exactly where the money is.

Not documentedDelays the payoutFirst cash 5dOne day to pass, five qualifying days to be paid — and each of the five has to clear a daily profit floor of 200 to 350 dollars by size, which is on the product landing page and not on the homepage table.
Instant Sim Funded25K-150KOnly with eyes open

No evaluation: the account is bought funded, with a trailing end-of-day floor of 4% at 25K and the widest daily allowance in the range, 625 of the 1,000 dollars. At the two largest sizes the drawdown cell holds two numbers with nothing saying which one binds, so neither is recorded here.

Not documentedDelays the payoutThe only plan whose payout threshold can be attributed with certainty: 6% of the starting balance for the first request, then 5%, then 4% — and every one of them restarts from zero after each payout, along with the consistency window. On a 25K account the first gate is 1,500 dollars of profit against 1,000 dollars of room.
Ignite Instant Funding25K-150KOnly with eyes open

The cheap instant account, about half the price of its sibling at every size, with the same trailing end-of-day floor of 4% at 25K and the same two-number cells at 100K and 150K. Its consistency figure is 15% and no page says what exceeding it costs.

Not documentedConsequence unstatedThe one product the payout FAQ leaves out. The 6/5/4 ladder ends by naming the account categories it applies to and Ignite Funded is not among them, so a buyer of the cheapest instant account cannot learn from any published page how much profit is needed before the first request.

What this firm published

Everything below is quoted from a page we opened, on the date shown. The quotes are in the firm’s own language, exactly as published — never edited, never shortened, never swapped for a translation. On the Spanish edition our own rendering appears underneath each one, unquoted and marked as ours: the quotation marks on this site mean the words are the firm’s, and nothing we wrote ever wears them. Where we have not read enough to put a number on an axis, we say so instead of guessing.

Can you even pass?

weakest measured: How hard the test is

Almost nobody who pays for an evaluation ever reaches a funded account, so this is the part of the product most customers actually buy. Every firm advertises its profit target; none of them advertises that target next to how much you are allowed to lose while chasing it.

1/5

Can you keep the money?

weakest measured: Maximum loss

The drawdown takes the account away; the payout rules take the money. Answered by whichever of the two we can measure and is worse — they are two ways of losing the same thing, so a good half cannot pay for a bad one.

3/5

Is anyone behind it?

average of the axes measured: 3

A named company, a market, and rules you could read before paying. These three do not substitute for one another — a company you can sue does not stop existing because the account is a simulation — so this is the average of the ones we could measure, not the worst.

No score here, on purpose. The six axes above ask whether the firm can take your money or refuse to pay it. These rules ask something else — whether you can trade your way — and the right weight depends on who is reading: a minimum holding time decides the account for a scalper and is invisible to anyone else, while the weekend rule is the reverse. A single number would be wrong for half of you, and would look decided. The firm’s own sentences are here; the judgement is yours.

One of these questions is scored and it is not here. “Does the cap rise with the account” sits on the cash axis, next to the cap itself, because it has a right answer: a bigger account that pays the same cheque has handed you a larger number and the same money. The three below are different. A two-million ceiling is the whole point of the product for one reader and irrelevant to someone who wants one clean payout, so the firm’s sentences are here and the weight is yours.

Payout targets, just like the consistency rule, reset after each payout.

The floor is not the only thing a withdrawal moves, and the rest of it is never on the same page. Position size, the consistency rule and the share you are paid all reset or shift at some firms, and a trader who checked only the drawdown finds out afterwards.

If you're trading a $100,000 Sim Funded account, in order to qualify for your first payout, you'll need to achieve the consistency rule and create a profit on your account of $6,000 (6%). In order to request your second payout, you'll need to create another $5,000 in profit (5%). In order to request your third payout, you'll need to create another $4,000 in profit (4%). This applies to all Instant and Elite Sim Funded accounts.

Weighted by what it costs, not by existing: reading plan by plan, no consistency rule ever closed an account — they postponed the withdrawal.
