Uprofit
The floor is the good news, and it is published as a figure rather than as a promise: on Flex the drawdown "starts at $48,000 and updates up to $50,000", so it trails on the daily close and then stops dead at the balance you began with. Legacy is the same firm answering the same question the other way — "Pro Drawdown EOD . The largest drop from the highest point of your account balance, Always Updated at the end of the trading day", with no stopping point published anywhere — and its page announces the withdrawals in its own step three without ever stating a split, a frequency, a cap or a threshold. The most a payout can be worth is answered twice: $4,500 on the page that sells the flagship, $1,500 on the only account sheet the firm publishes.
Three stages, and the firm is candid about the middle one: the funded account is "within a demo environment", and "Despite being a demo, UProfit Traders can get up to 90% of simulated profits". Real capital arrives only at a third stage whose counterparty is never named — clause 11 says the offer comes "from our prop firm" and the trading happens "under our partnership". The contract itself is stamped November 2021, says it governs www.uprofittrader.com rather than the site it is published on, names none of the products on sale, and contains the word "drawdown" zero times; every figure a trader trades under lives on a marketing page or in a help article the firm dates and can change. Three addresses (Delaware, Dover DE, Sugar Land TX) and a forum clause pointing at "the county of Texas", which is not a place. Getting back in costs more than getting in: a breached Virtual Live account — including one breached by not trading for a week — needs a paid reset of $599 to $1,499 against a subscription of $78 to $226 a month, and the sales pages promise "no hidden fees". On the credit side, the footer of every page publishes a pass rate: "22.45% of candidates passed the Uprofit Trader Evaluation Program during Q3 of the year 2024." Six products are on sale and five are in the register; Day Soft, Day Flex and UProfit ONE 50K carry no floor grade here because forty-six of the help centre's forty-nine articles — including all thirteen for the DAY family and all four payout policies — were not opened. That is our gap, not their silence. The DAY programme page does publish its ceiling: "Request up to $4,500 per payout and receive up to $24,000 per account."
Not enough published data to simulate this firm’s floor.
We read this firm plan by plan, and its numbers are published — they live in the derived evidence on its card, not in the five-axis sieve the tiers are ranked on. The grade here is the evidence itself: three answers and a payment-promise score, each computed from the firm’s own documents with a citation behind every input. What it does not have is the hand-written scorecard a tier requires.

The best-documented product the firm sells: end-of-day trailing at both stages, frozen at the starting balance ("updates up to $50,000"), and a consistency rule that "will not put your account in breach" — it only holds back the next step, 50% to pass and 40% to withdraw. Two things keep it out of a pass. The floor moves at the close but kills live: an open trade counts and touching the level "at any time during the day" breaches the account, while /our-way sells it as "End-of-Day Drawdown – No intra-day chases". And one week without a completed trade breaches a funded account, after which a Live Reset costs $599 to $1,499. What a payout does to the floor is unknown here: the Flex payout policy is in the help index and was not opened.
The one family with no help-centre section at all, so its own page is everything the firm publishes about it — and that page defines the floor as trailing from your high-water mark and "Always Updated", naming no point where it stops, while the same firm publishes exactly such a point for Flex and Soft. It then heads its third step "Get your Live Account credentials & start your withdrawals!" and states no split, no frequency, no cap, no threshold and nothing about what a withdrawal does to the floor. The daily limit is the harsh wording too — "Your P&L cannot hit or exceed this number during any trading day", with none of the "trade again at the next market open" the Soft card offers. The entry account carries the worst ratio in the catalogue: a 10% target against an 8.9% drawdown on the 9K.

What this firm published
Everything below is quoted from a page we opened, on the date shown. The quotes are in the firm’s own language, exactly as published — never edited, never shortened, never swapped for a translation. On the Spanish edition our own rendering appears underneath each one, unquoted and marked as ours: the quotation marks on this site mean the words are the firm’s, and nothing we wrote ever wears them. Where we have not read enough to put a number on an axis, we say so instead of guessing.
3/5
Can you even pass?
Almost nobody who pays for an evaluation ever reaches a funded account, so this is the part of the product most customers actually buy. Every firm advertises its profit target; none of them advertises that target next to how much you are allowed to lose while chasing it.
1/5
Can you keep the money?
The drawdown takes the account away; the payout rules take the money. Answered by whichever of the two we can measure and is worse — they are two ways of losing the same thing, so a good half cannot pay for a bad one.
2/5
Is anyone behind it?
A named company, a market, and rules you could read before paying. These three do not substitute for one another — a company you can sue does not stop existing because the account is a simulation — so this is the average of the ones we could measure, not the worst.

What makes the loss limit riseit rises with the day's closing balanceno change1.65/3
“Failing to meet this parameter will put the account in breach and require a Reset. ( Applies in Evaluation and Live Virtual phases) The Drawdown defines how much your balance can drop before the account is considered in breach. This parameter is updated at the end of the day, taking as reference the highest balance reached in each session. If no profit is made, the Drawdown will not move and will remain at the value it was already at.”A limit that climbs takes back the cushion you already earned.

The floor is not the only thing a withdrawal moves, and the rest of it is never on the same page. Position size, the consistency rule and the share you are paid all reset or shift at some firms, and a trader who checked only the drawdown finds out afterwards.

How you may trade
Can you trade the way you actually trade — around the news, over the weekend, at the size and speed you use?
Restriction around the newsThey state there is none.—
“Trade News – Full freedom to trade around announcements.”LeverageNo such thing in this plan.—
“50 K Best seller $ 160 / Month After mastering the Basic program, you are on the right path to manage more capital, more contracts and more leverage. Get started $2,500 Profit target 6 Contracts (max) $1,100 Daily loss limit $2,000 Drawdown 5 Minimum trading days”No score here, on purpose. The six axes above ask whether the firm can take your money or refuse to pay it. These rules ask something else — whether you can trade your way — and the right weight depends on who is reading: a minimum holding time decides the account for a scalper and is invisible to anyone else, while the weekend rule is the reverse. A single number would be wrong for half of you, and would look decided. The firm’s own sentences are here; the judgement is yours.
How it grows
What makes the account get bigger, how big it can get, and whether the path ends at a real market or at a larger simulation.
Where the path endsat a real market—
“Once you have received the maximum rewards allowed in the Virtual Live stage, you will receive a funding offer from our prop firm. This marks the transition to the next phase of your journey, where you will have the opportunity to trade with real capital under our partnership.”One of these questions is scored and it is not here. “Does the cap rise with the account” sits on the cash axis, next to the cap itself, because it has a right answer: a bigger account that pays the same cheque has handed you a larger number and the same money. The three below are different. A two-million ceiling is the whole point of the product for one reader and irrelevant to someone who wants one clean payout, so the firm’s sentences are here and the weight is yours.

Almost no firm here has a financial regulator, because selling simulated evaluations is not a regulated activity anywhere. Of the 114 firms we scored by hand, 96 sat in the bottom two rungs of backing for this reason. So we do not count it against anyone — it only adds when a firm genuinely has one.
The people behind it are named
The market
Do your orders reach a market, or is all of it a simulation?
What the funded account issimulated, with a published route to a live stage2/4
“Moving to the next stage showcases both commitment and ability, providing access to an UProfit Virtual Live Account within a demo environment. Despite being a demo, UProfit Traders can get up to 90% of simulated profits without risking their own money, with the possibility of advancing to the next stage.”The question that separates a firm that earns when you lose from one that earns when you last.
Conditions to reach a real marketpublished2/2
“Once you have received the maximum rewards allowed in the Virtual Live stage, you will receive a funding offer from our prop firm. This marks the transition to the next phase of your journey, where you will have the opportunity to trade with real capital under our partnership.”Promising a route to a real market without publishing the conditions is promising nothing.
Almost none names a broker or a clearing house either, and that follows from the account being a simulation rather than being a second, separate failing. Charging for both would count one fact twice.
We read the rules of every plan it sells and issued a verdict on each one.
